NONAME.NAILS is a concise beauty salon located in the business center of Kharkov. The concept of NONAME.NAILS is the sterility of equipment and instruments, attentiveness to each client, and rest during the procedures. The design of the beauty salon was developed in the style of minimalism: light pastel colors, accent inserts of wooden elements. Complementing the white interior design of the beauty salon are clear lines in the furniture and green plants.

IK-architects has extensive experience in the niche of beauty interiors - beauty salon design, SPA design, nail salon and office design. There are many nuances that should be taken into account when developing a project; to navigate in the norms and standards of design. IK-architects puts into practice a huge amount of knowledge in ergonomics in the design of beauty salons.

You can make a design project for a beauty salon based on the following criteria:

— high-quality lighting of the room and the working area, combined several light sources: general light due to track lights, accent light over the desktops, the reception area and the make-up area. Each manicurist was provided with personal table lamps. Additionally, lighting contractors calculated the illumination of the working surface, SanPin standards regulate 500 lux on the surface of the desktop, but an excess of light leads to eye discomfort.

- ventilation and air conditioning system. The height of the room and the budget allowed for supply and exhaust ventilation, which allows for a comfortable stay in a manicure or pedicure salon, taking into account the work with varnishes, chemical compounds for removing coatings, nail extensions, sterilization, etc. The installed ventilation system is hidden from the eyes of visitors, which is located in the ceiling lining (a magnetic inspection hatch was used).

Functional zoning of the nail salon is an important aspect of the project. During the project, the following zones were identified:

– entrance area or waiting area – individual reception desk, waiting area – soft, ergonomic chairs that fit into the concept and style of the interior were chosen for maximum comfort. Behind the reception desk there is a decorative, swivel partition. The components of the partition rotate around its axis; on one side, the facade of the partition is lined with chipboard under a tree, and on the other - with a mirror. The technique of using a mirror in the interior is not new, but it is effective - the rotary elements create a play of reflections and improve the quality of lighting in the room.

– Manicure zone – these are three separate manicure tables equipped with everything you need: comfortable chairs for the visitor and stands for the bag, chairs with adjustable height for the masters (the zone is equipped with a sufficient number of sockets for the master and the client) and a large exposition of varnishes.

- makeup area - a large mirror and good light - this is the main thing to create makeup.

- pedicure room The procedure is more intimate, so the pedicure room was allocated to a separate room. It has everything you need for work: a pedicure chair, a master's chair, water and a separate rack with varnishes.

- utility rooms: a bathroom, a wardrobe and an area for sterilizing instruments with an autoclave.
