The Marshal project is a modern apartment with an area of 80 sq.m. V Residential complex "Sportivny", located near the city center in close proximity to one of the symbols of the city, the Metalist stadium. This residential complex meets the most modern requirements for both energy and noise efficiency, and quality of life, since the residential complex is located in an area with well-developed infrastructure and convenient transport links.

The main task for the IK Architects team when developing was toensuring proper zoning of space for comfortable living for a family of two, while organically fitting into the existing layout from the developer, taking into account the number of windows.

In this project, the common space for meeting with family and friends is the kitchen-living room, and the private area is the bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, as well as a very important element for the owner of the house, a workplace. 
What materials did you choose and why?
The aesthetically restrained palette of colors and elements is consistent with the original building and is carried throughout all rooms, giving the apartment a modern, minimalist personality.
A large number of wooden elements fill the interior, forming a visual scheme, adding warmth and coziness to it. Selected dark wood tones, combined with light surfaces, create a comfortable visual balance for the room.
